Refund & cancellation

Per the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, every purchase on Hivona Wellness qualifies for a 30-day cooling-off return.

1. Return window

  • You may return any unopened product within 30 days of delivery.
  • Opened or partially-consumed products may be returned within 15 days if they are defective or expired on receipt.

2. How to start a return

  1. Raise a support ticket from your dashboard or email hivonawellness@gmail.com with your order ID and reason.
  2. We'll share a return shipping address within 1 working day. Pack the product, attach the return ID, and ship by registered post.
  3. On receipt and quality check, we refund within 7 working days.

3. What gets refunded

  • The full product MRP, minus the original GST recovery (we can't reclaim already-deposited GST).
  • Shipping is non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged on receipt.
  • Refund is sent to the same UPI / bank account used at purchase.

4. Impact on income

When an order is refunded, the income engine automatically reversesevery credit that was triggered by it — direct, level, and binary BV — and writes a debit row to the receiving member's wallet. This may push the wallet into a temporary negative balance if the income was already withdrawn. Members are notified and the balance is reconciled at the next closing.

5. Order cancellation

You can cancel an order any time before the pending_payment status flips to paid. After that, the return policy above applies.

6. Withdrawal cancellation

Once submitted, a withdrawal request can only be cancelled by admin while it is still in pending state. Email us at hivonawellness@gmail.com with the request ID.
