Terms of service

Hivona Wellness is a direct-selling entity offering wellness products and a referral-based income plan to its members. We operate under the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.

• You must be 18 years or older and a resident of India.
• You must provide accurate KYC, including PAN, Aadhaar, and a bank account in your own name.
• One person can hold at most one active member ID.

Income on the Platform is paid only on genuine product sales. There is no income from recruitment alone. Direct income, level income, binary working bonus, and reward tiers are all triggered by paid product orders in your network.

Income percentages and reward thresholds are published in our admin dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Existing credits are never retroactively reduced.

We do not guarantee any specific income. Your earnings depend entirely on the genuine product sales generated by you and your downline.

• KYC and an approved bank account are required to withdraw.
• 10% administrative + TDS deduction is applied to every withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₹300. Daily limit: ₹50,000.
• Withdrawals are processed within 3 working days after admin verification.

• Do not make false income claims when recruiting.
• Do not share your password or transfer your member ID.
• Do not use the Platform to launder funds, evade tax, or pyramid-scheme without genuine product flow.

Violations result in suspension, withholding of pending income, and forfeiture of your balance.

You may close your account at any time by emailing hivonawellness@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, violate applicable law, or appear fraudulent.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total amount you paid us for products in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of the company.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 7 days before they take effect.
